MUMBAI: MW Corp, a diversified company controlled by cousins Mukul and Warij Kasliwal, will consolidate its textile business under a single entity in a move to combine operations of its 62-year-old uniform brand S Kumars and European workwear brand Klopman for better access to global customers.
The Mumbai-based company’s two unlisted textile associates — S Kumars and Klopman India — will merge with a listed firm Unitex Designs. Unitex Designs, which specialises in ready-to-wear uniforms, will be re-named as S Kumars Unitexx.
